            • Adult Autism Evaluation

              Our Adult Autism Evaluation is a focused assessment of autism spectrum disorder in adults. This service ideal for diagnostic clarity, workplace/school accommodations, and treatment planning.

              • Includes clinical interview, standardized autism instruments
              • adaptive functioning assessment, interpretation of findings
              • and written diagnostic report with tailored recommendations

            • ADHD Evaluation

              1,200$
              +$42 Processing Fee
              Our ADHD Evaluation assesses attention, impulsivity, and executive functioning to clarify diagnosis and support academic, workplace, and daily life accommodations.
              Valid for one year
              • Includes diagnostic interview, ADHD rating scales and other
              • standardized measures, third-party input when needed,
              • interpretation of results, and a written report.

            • Disability Evaluation

              600$
              +$21 Processing Fee
              Our Disability Evaluation assesses intellectual and adaptive functioning to support applications for disability services, Social Security, Medicaid waiver, or formal accommodations.
              Valid for one year
              • Includes IQ testing, adaptive behavior assessment,
              • interpretation of results, and a written summary.

            • Court-Ordered Psychological Evaluation

              +$122.50 Processing Fee
              This evaluation is designed for court-ordered or legally involved cases and includes comprehensive testing, records review, and a court-ready written report addressing the referral questions.
              Valid for one year
              • Base fee of $3,500 covers up to 6 hours
              • (intake, testing, initial records review, scoring, and case
              • organization)
              • Additional time is billed at $250 per hour for extended
              • records review, collateral interviews, detailed report
              • writing, and attorney consultation.
              • Complex case surcharge is $500 for cases with extensive
              • documentation, CPS involvement, or multi-system complexity
              • Court testimony, depositions, and travel are billed separate

            • Deposit for Therapy

              50$
              +$1.75 Processing Fee
              FOR INSURANCE CLIENT ONLY Clients with BCBS or Aetna can select our Therapy Deposit plan. All other clients must choose a private pay package that fits their needs.

              • Required deposit to schedule therapy appointment.

            • Deposit for Psychological Evaluation
