What are your fees for services?

We charge what are usual and customary rates; however, fees do vary depending on the services provided. If your therapist is a Contracted Provider with your insurance policy, there is generally an agreed-upon reimbursement rate for services. Your copay, coinsurance, or deductible payment is determined by your insurance policy and is due at the time of service provided. Private pay fees are also due at the time of service provided unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

What if I can't pay at the time of service?

We reserve the right to assess a monthly finance charge, in accordance with Arkansas Law, for any balance not paid in full after 30 days. After 60 days, we may report the delinquency to an attorney or collection agencies. You will also be responsible for all fees, late charges, and administrative fees associated with the collection of your debt.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit/debit cards as methods of payment. A $35.00 fee will be charged for each returned check in addition to the owed amount.

Can you bill my insurance?

As a courtesy to you, we will verify your insurance benefits prior to your first appointment. For all other insurances that your therapist is an out-of-network provider, we will provide you with a receipt of services that you may submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. It is advised that you call your insurance company to verify your out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health services. Please be aware that filing for services is no guarantee for payment. Should your insurance deny the claim, you are responsible to pay in full for services rendered.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, for any reason, please call our office with at least 24 hours (1 business day) advance notice. Please leave a message if no one is available to answer the phone. Clients will be charged $110.00 if adequate notice is not provided. Clients arriving 16 minutes late or later will be regarded as a no-show and will be charged $110 for the missed appointment. Clients with 3 improperly rescheduled/cancelled or missed appointments will be discharged and no longer able to schedule an appointment. Insurance will NOT pay for missed appointments, and it is your responsibility to pay the missed appointment fee in full. Rescheduled/cancelled or missed appointments will be charged to the valid credit card on file (required). 

Is my information kept confidential?

The law protects the relationship between a client and a psychotherapist, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission. Exceptions, however, include:

  • Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse.

  • If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s.

  • If a client intends to harm himself or herself.
