Let's find the right next step - together.

You don't need to know exactly what you need before reaching out.

This page will help you choose the option that best fits your situation.

Most people come here for one of two reasons:

  • They're feeling emotionally and mentally depleted and want support that helps life feel sustainable again, or

  • They're seeking diagnostic clarity and want structured recommendations and documentation.

1

Therapy

If you feel like you're carrying too much - mentally, emotionally, physically - and you're tired of coping your way through each day, therapy may be the right place to start.

This is for mothers or caregivers navigating:

  • Burnout and chronic overwhelm

  • Anxiety or persistent worry

  • Depression, numbness, or irritability

  • ADHD-related stress, mental load, or disorganization

  • Feeling dismissed, unseen, or "high-functioning" on the outside but struggling inside

You're not failing. You're overloaded - and you deserve support that understands the load.

2

Psychological Evaluations

If you're seeking answers - about attention, mood, learning, behavior, or overall functioning - a psychological evaluation can provide clarity and a structured path forward.

Evaluations may help with:

  • Diagnostic clarification

  • Academic accommodations

  • Workplace accommodations

  • Treatment planning and recommendations

  • Better understanding of strengths, challenges, and support needs

These services are structured, evidence-based, and tailored to the individual.

3

Not sure

Not sure which option is right for you?

That's okay.

Many people aren't.

If you're unsure whether therapy or an evaluation is the best next step, you can start by sending a brief message and I'll help you determine the most appropriate direction.

You don't have to hold everything alone.

When you're ready, choose the path above and take your next step.
